Not a Pitch Night -> a Demo Night!
Canopy and Le Wagon are teaming up to host Demo Night’s Web Summit Edition.
Demo Night is an event designed by Canopy (http://canopy.city) to showcase new ideas and entrepreneurs in Lisbon. For this Web Summit edition, Le Wagon’s #batch97 will have the opportunity to Demo their web app prototypes before they go on to build the apps from scratch in the final two weeks of Le Wagon’s bootcamp. The pressure to finalize their prototypes before the pitch and the audience’s feedback at the Demo Night will be the secret sauce in helping these teams deploy kick ass product for their final demos on December 1st.
Each team will demonstrate their prototype and then look to the audience for feedback. The format is 5 minutes for demo, 5 minutes for question and answers with the audience.
Audience members are encouraged to ask questions, give feedback and support the teams in their journey.
Beer, wine and pizza following the demos to give everyone a chance to chat and meet new folks.
NB: Demos will be streamed live and also made available afterwards on Facebook and YouTube.
