* Mollie has been on a journey to full on-prem to cloud move. This was not a straight forward journey and it was a technical and business challenge to get it done. We have completed it 100%. We will cover the attempts, the challenges and the wins we went through to consider it done!

The panel will discuss scaling engineering teams while preserving culture and productivity, emphasising effective onboarding and quality maintenance.
