TARGET // WORKSHOP BY PALMA MICHEL
“How to keep going? Self-motivation: when the going gets tough.” This and other questions are the focus of this workshop, which will address and work on the skills of perseverance and optimism, linked to the “ Acting “ category of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework. The aim of the session is to get you to reflect and refocus on your real needs, objectives and long.
About TARGET: The TARGET program has the support of Fidelidade and was designed by Casa do Impacto, of Santa Casa Lisboa, to support impact entrepreneurs in the personal and professional management of their businesses, promoting awareness and training on mental health and well-being issues, providing access to activities and tools to deal effectively with them.
