Many AI startups think the EU AI Act is a legal problem to solve after the product is built. Investors see it differently. They now ask whether a startup can sell in Europe, what the regulation means for its product, and whether the team has a credible plan.
In this session, we will explore what product readiness for the European market actually means: how to tell where your product sits under the AI Act, which gaps are cheap to fix early and expensive to fix later, and what investors look for in due diligence.
Drawing on 20 years in product leadership and her work advising AI companies, Kelly turns the regulation into practical decisions that founders can take back to their teams.
