About this event

Build a 100% private, local-first AI Investment Committee that listens to a pitch, reads the deck, and catches founders contradicting their own slides.

🛠 Hands-on classroom, not a lecture. Bring your laptop. Only 18 in-person seats at the Palace, first-come, first-served / approved basis.

What you’ll build with Gemma 4

🎙 Native audio: feed a 30s .wav pitch straight into Gemma 4 E4B, no Whisper needed

👁 Variable vision budgets: 280 tokens for layout, 1120 for dense financial and architecture slides

🧠 Thinking Mode + strict JSON Schema: cross-check what’s said against what’s shown

🔧 Native function calling: a “bulls**t detector” that verifies burn multiple, TAM math, and buzzword overload

90 minutes, 4 sprints

00–15 Live roast and offline setup (local LAN model cache)

15–35 Narrative Structure Analyzer: score Hook, Problem, Solution, Traction, Ask

35–55 Multimodal Contradiction Detection: audio + slides in one model

55–75 Deterministic VC tool calls for startup math

75–90 Live Pitch Arena: 2–3 founders pitch for real on the big projector

You leave with a working, fully local pitch critic and a sharper eye for what makes a pitch hold up under scrutiny.
