About this event

A small-group, hands-on workshop. Only 18 seats. Session language: English.

You know you should delegate. So why don’t you? You know you should stay out of every Slack thread. So why are you still rewriting the deck at 11pm?

Under pressure, leaders fall back on automatic reactions, often the very habits that got them where they are. In this workshop you’ll work on one real pattern of your own and learn to move from reacting to choosing:

Spot your pattern and what it costs your team

Use a simple breathing technique to create space between impulse and response

Practice a different response in pairs

You’ll leave with a concrete alternative and a 7-day experiment to put it into practice. Bring a real situation in mind; you won’t need to share the details.

About the speaker

Nuno Sousa is an executive and leadership coach and the founder of Coach em Caminho. After 20+ years leading commercial teams at companies such as Diageo and Haleon, he now helps leaders perform under pressure without burning out.
