Supergrowth: How to Build an AI-Powered Distribution Machine
Building a great product is not enough. Growth comes from building a distribution machine that consistently reaches the right people, creates demand and converts attention into customers.
In less than 12 months, Cozecare grew to 300+ therapists and reached 300,000+ people. This session will break down some of the systems, channels and growth mechanisms behind that journey.
In this session, Manuel Padrão, Founder & CEO of Cozecare, will share a practical approach to building an AI-powered distribution engine across multiple channels, with a focus on customer acquisition, sales and scalable growth in both B2C and B2B.
What you’ll learn:
How to build a multi-channel distribution strategy
How to use AI to accelerate customer acquisition and sales
How to approach B2C and B2B growth differently
How to identify and test the right distribution channels
How to build repeatable acquisition systems instead of relying on one-off campaigns
How to turn distribution into a core competitive advantage
Who is this for?
Founders, operators, sales leaders, growth teams and anyone building a company that needs to acquire customers faster and more efficiently.
