About this event
The Future of Leadership in the Age of AI
As AI becomes more capable, how must we evolve as leaders?
AI is rapidly changing how we work, make decisions, solve problems, and build businesses. But the biggest leadership challenge may not be learning how to use AI.
It may be ensuring that we continue to lead it — rather than allowing it to lead us.
As more knowledge, analysis, and decision-making can be outsourced to technology, distinctly human capacities become increasingly important: discernment, judgment, self-trust, communication, and the ability to think beyond the patterns that created our past success.
Join Kasia Szczesniak, Founder of Lisbon Business Leaders, for an interactive workshop exploring The Future of Leadership in the Age of AI, hosted at PWT Palace in Lisbon.
Together, we’ll explore:
What becomes more important in a leader as AI becomes more intelligent?
Which parts of leadership should never be outsourced to AI?
How do we use AI without outsourcing our own thinking and judgment?
How must we evolve to ensure we continue leading AI — rather than allowing AI to lead us?
This isn’t a workshop about AI tools or prompts.
It’s about the evolution of the person using them.
