When did you last take a full breath between meetings?
What is your body telling you right now that you’ve been too busy to hear?
In a world full of apps, trackers and dashboards, we turn to technology to perform and feel better. However, our body already holds many of the answers, if we pause to listen.
Welcome to a practical, experiential workshop for founders who want to build something great without burning themselves out.
You’ll learn to read your body’s signals of stress and fatigue, and practise two simple breathing and somatic techniques to regulate in the moment.
Through the lens of the seven types of rest, you’ll leave with a personal plan to recharge during demanding workdays, supporting performance, resilience and wellbeing.
Who it’s for:
Founders, builders, creatives, and anyone who cares about their health and wants success too. No prior experience needed. Come as you are and be willing to spend one hour with more Feeling and less Doing.
Your Host:
This workshop is hosted by Ana Amaral, PhD, a scientist turned self-leadership coach and part-time yoga teacher, specialised in mental and emotional resilience. With over 15 years of experience in international research institutions, Ana is now based in Lisbon and works globally with science professionals and research institutions to help them achieve success in harmony with their wellbeing.
