Most new products start the same way. Someone has an idea, builds it, then tries to figure out who the customer is and how to sell it. Agentic AI just accelerates this cycle.
FounderOS flips the order. It’s a systematized approach that leads you through the process of learning a market and having the product emerge from what you learn before you build anything. You pick a group of people, read what they say in YouTube comments and subreddits where they’re already talking and observe the patterns of what keeps coming up. You then build a relationship with these folks by addressing those issues to grow a list. The product comes last, and by then you know exactly what it needs to be, who needs it and how to sell it.
